About 123 S Lake Drive
Rare opportunity on South Lake Drive — a grand Mediterranean-style residence set for a transformative restoration overlooking the lake. Designed at nearly 6,000 square feet of living space across multiple levels, this home was planned as a true estate: a dramatic circular foyer with sweeping staircase, expansive living and dining with curved glass opening to a terrace, chef's kitchen with island and dinette, study, den, oversized playroom, mudroom, and a two-car garage. Upstairs, a primary suite with curved window wall, private balcony, walk-in closet, and spa bath anchors four bedrooms, with two additional bedrooms and baths on the attic level — six bedrooms in all, plus multiple balconies capturing the light and lake setting. The architectural bones are already here: clay-tile rooflines, arched openings, and a commanding lakeside presence on a ~15,500 sq ft lot. Bring your vision. Whether you finish to the original plans or reimagine the interior, the location, scale, and character are unmatched. Investor, builder, or end-user ready for a signature Lakewood lakefront project. Possible subdivision into a two-family home; reach out for more information.
